Please turn inside out to wash. Wash on cold with alike colors. No bleach or harsh detergents/softeners. Tumble dry low heat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over embroidery. Turn inside out, place a different garment on top of white stabilizer and iron to flatten out embroidery.
-

This is stabilizer! Embroidery needs stabilizer to remain durable long term. Please do not try to remove it. Without proper stabilizer, the garment will start to fall apart along with embroidery overtime. With stabilizer, the garment and embroidery is meant to last forever.
-
If you are sensitive to the stabilizer, I would recommend washing the item before wearing it. Each time you wash the garment, the stabilizer softens!
-
Depending on what it is, yes. If I need to have the design sent to my digitizer, I will let you know the digitizing fee and see if you would like to proceed.
-
If you sent me a PNG file saying you would like this design to be embroidered, it would need to be digitized. Digitized means the design is made stitch by stitch and in a suitable format for my embroidery machine. It is not as simple as having a PNG image and making a DTF transfer to press on a t-shirt.
-
I do not offer any refunds, unless the product arrives damaged from delivery. I am not responsible for damage claims after the item has been received.
-
At checkout there is an option for pick up. You may select that option and when your order is ready I will send you an email and coordinate a time that you may pick up your order.

No, I do not accept customer items. Sometimes my machines mess up and I do not want to potentially ruin an item brought to me by a customer.
